HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?

Refer to our FIND YOUR FIT page for guidance. Risk-free trials; give multiple sizes, styles and colors a try with free worldwide shipping and free returns (US and Australia). Unsure where to start? SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders ship within 24 – 72 hours of Yunizon receiving your order. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped within 24 – 48 hours of the next business day.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your package has left our warehouse. 

CAN I SHIP TO A PO BOX?

Not at this stage.

CAN I SHIP TO A HOTEL?

You may ship to a hotel but we encourage you ship to your primary home or work address. Yunizon does not offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds on items that have been shipped to hotels or other temporary locations.

EXCHANGES 

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

User must pay for any exchanges in the US and Australia. In the event that you would like to return your new eyewear, please contact info@yunizoneyewear.com and include the order number and reason for return.

All exchanges must be shipped out within 7 days of receipt. All items must be unworn and in the original packaging.

Note that Yunizon does not provide free exchanges on orders outside the US and Australia, unless it is damaged or you have received an incorrect item.

All refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process. Failure to include all original packaging will result in a nominal fee deducted from the refund amount. Sunglasses that have been worn, or adjusted in any way are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at the next available shipping opportunity.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM?

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email returns@yunizoneyewear.com with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item as well as your order number.

CAN I PUT A PRESCRIPTION (RX) LENS INTO YUNIZON SUNGLASSES? 

Yes. Yunizon acetate frames are able to hold most sun prescription and optical prescription lenses. Please double check with your local optician that your specific prescription is compatible with the frame you have selected. 

WHAT IS THE LENS BASE USED ON YUNIZON GLASSES AND WHAT IS THIS NUMBER?

The BASE is the curve of the lens. The greater the number, the more curve to the lens. For a flatter look, choose a style with a lower base. Our glasses use BASE 4 (Festiv and Libera) and BASE 6 (Avec, Armon, Vamp and Carezz).

WILL YUNIZON SUNGLASSES FIT A LOW BRIDGE NOSE?

Yes. Our Global Fit Technology has improved the design of Yunizon frames in five areas, a number of which specially cater to this issue.

We have redesigned the nose pads for increased surface contact area, and varied the size of the frame’s nose bridge, to ensure enhanced grip, zero slippage and maximum comfort for all nose bridges. This innovation addresses one of the major challenges as it relates to the wearability of frames.

We have also reduced the pantoscopic (vertical) angle of the frame curve from temple to temple (head curve), as well as lens depth. These modifications allow space for high cheekbones and unique facial features of all depths, meaning our frames sit comfortably on all faces.

ARE THE LENSES POLARIZED?

Yunizon uses premium quality CR-39 lenses in all our sunglasses. This lightweight, shatter-resistant lens offers amazing optical clarity while still blocking out harmful ultraviolet rays with 100% UVA / UVB protection. This durable lens defies the aging process and holds up against the material fatigue of everyday usage.

We have chosen not to use polarized lens because they can often conflict and make it difficult to read digital screens, which are often also polarized. This includes smartphones and tablets.

ARE YUNIZON ACETATE FRAMES ADJUSTABLE?

Yes. With daily usage and normal wear/tear, your Yunizon frames may need to be adjusted and screws tightened to maintain that fantastic fit. If you are not comfortable bending/adjusting the frames yourself, please take them to your local optician for a "tune up".
