We have gone beyond the traditional monikers of Asian, Universal, Standard and European fit, to create an enhanced, more accurate and comfortable design that appeals to our diverse society. YUNIZON GLOBAL FIT IMPROVES THE DESIGN OF FRAMES IN FIVE AREAS:
Yunizon is among the few eyewear brands to offer three distinct frame widths for each core style: narrow for the petite, medium for the average, and wide for the fuller face. Our frames are smartly designed, so as the facial width increases or decreases, the lens shape remains proportional and the frame stays true to its intended style.
By redesigning the nose pads for increased surface contact area, and varying the size of the frame’s nose bridge, we ensure enhanced grip, zero slippage and maximum comfort for all nose bridges. This innovation addresses one of the major challenges as it relates to the wearability of frames.
We have modified the length and thickness of our temples and use thinly-constructed acetate to create a more secure fit from the nose bridge to the ears. The thinner acetate means our temples are sturdy, yet easy to adjust when extra head room is required.
Yunizon uses a lightweight CR-39 lens and a thinner acetate frame to help reduce the overall weight of our sunglasses. The combination of these featherweight materials promotes optimal comfort for prolonged wear and prevents slippage without sacrificing quality.
We have reduced the pantoscopic (vertical) angle of the frame curve from temple to temple (head curve), as well as lens depth. These modifications allow space for high cheekbones and unique facial features of all depths, meaning our frames sit comfortably on all faces.
